Quick Care Guide for Your Click'N Go Browband

Think of your Click'N Go browband as your horse's jewelry. A little simple care will keep it looking beautiful and functioning perfectly.

Leather Care:

• Wipe with a damp cloth after each ride.

• Condition every few weeks to keep leather supple.

• Air dry naturally if wet; store in a cool, dry place.

• Check regularly for signs of wear.

Crystals, Pearls & Magnets:

• Avoid excessive moisture.

• Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Use a soft toothbrush for details.

• Important: Check magnetic connectors for a secure fit before every ride.

• Store in the provided dust bag.

Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery:
All our orders are shipped with UPS, ensuring a fast and reliable delivery service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns:
We want you to love your browband! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within  14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original condition. 

Exchanges & Refunds:
Exchanges may be available for sizing or style changes, subject to stock availability. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.
